Frequently asked questions
What is keratosis pilaris?
It is a build-up of keratin at the opening of hair follicles. It forms small rough bumps, sometimes pink or darker, most often on the back of the arms, thighs, buttocks or cheeks. It is harmless and affects nearly one person in three. If in doubt, or if it bothers you a lot, ask a dermatologist.
Do Éclose products make keratosis pilaris go away?
No, and no cosmetic can promise that. Our products reduce its appearance: skin becomes smoother and softer, as long as you use them regularly. If you stop, the bumps may come back.
Which routine should I follow?
Once or twice a week, exfoliate with the Icelandic Volcano scrub or the AHA peeling concentrate, never both on the same day. Every day, apply the urea cream, and the Omega 6-9 oil on very dry areas. Protect your skin from the sun on exfoliation days.
How long before I see results?
Skin usually feels softer after two to four weeks of regular use. The bumpy look fades more slowly, often after six to eight weeks.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is prepared on demand. In France, allow about 8 working days for standard delivery and 4 for express. In Europe, 7 to 14 working days depending on the country. Delivery options and costs are shown before payment.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after delivery to return an unopened product in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be taken back. Write to us at contact@glowlyparis.fr.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payments are encrypted and your card details are never stored on our site.
